Our Human Resources Policy
In accordance with our quality standards, the purpose of our Human Resources procedure is to regulate the working conditions, employee rights, duties, and obligations of the personnel working at Özsel Ecza Depoları Ticaret ve Pazarlama A.Ş., as well as the principles and rules related to Human Resources Management.
This procedure covers all personnel working at Özsel under an employment contract and/or for a fee, without prejudice to the rights in the Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK), and other legislations.
This regulation enters into force on the date of its publication. All personnel working in the company from the date of entry into force of this regulation, and those who take office in the company after the effective date, are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this regulation upon their entry into service. For matters not included in this regulation, actions are taken according to the relevant articles of the current Labor Law and the regulations issued by this law.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR RECRUITMENT
The following conditions are sought for candidates to be hired:
a) To have the competencies required by the job profile,
b) Not to have been convicted of an infamous crime,
c) To have the minimum education and training requirements required by the job profile,
d) Not to be deprived of public rights and to have civil rights,
e) To be over the age of 18 and not to exceed the age of 50/55,
f) To have a positive result from the reference check,
g) To have completed compulsory military service,
h) To be a non-smoker,
i) To have the health status required by the job, and to have no physical or mental obstacles to working.

Personnel hired are required to complete the following documents:
Certificate of identity register copy
Photocopy of identity card
Photocopy of driver's license
Residence certificate
Photocopy of the diploma
Health report (including lung X-ray)
Criminal record
Blood group card
6 photographs
Photocopy of social security (SGK) registration card
Photocopy of marriage certificate (if married)
Photocopy of spouse's identity card
Photocopy of child's identity card (if any)
Photocopy of retirement card (if retired)
